How SouqSpot keeps trades safer, and what you can do yourself.

• See the badge, then relax a little

  The green shield means we reviewed the seller's trade licence or Emirates ID. When a seller provides documents, the listing tick means we checked the Mulkiya, title deed or Ejari they supplied.

• Never pay before you view

  No deposits, no “shipping fees”, no gift cards, no crypto to strangers. Genuine UAE sellers will meet you or use an RTA/DLD-registered process.

• Meet in public, inspect in daylight

  For cars, meet at a testing centre and ask for a full inspection. For property, verify the agent's RERA/broker card.

• Keep the chat on SouqSpot

  On-platform chat gives our fraud systems context to protect you, and gives moderators evidence when you report.

• Report anything off

  One tap on any listing or profile. Reports are reviewed by humans, and repeat offenders are banned across the platform.
