Delete your account
This page exists for everyone, including app users, as required by Apple and Google. Deleting your account removes your profile, listings, chats and saved items.
What happens
1. You confirm the request below (or from the app: Account → Settings → Delete account).
2. Your listings are removed from the marketplace immediately and your profile stops being visible.
3. Within 30 days we erase or anonymize your personal data. Records we must keep for fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations are retained only as long as UAE law requires.
4. You receive a confirmation at your account email.
Verification files, exports, listings, saved items, conversations, and offers follow the same cooling-off and retention rules.
