Verification Policy

Verification levels range from phone and email up to business, dealer, broker, agency and per-listing document checks. AI reads submitted documents and highlights mismatches; a trained human makes every final decision.

Badges expire with the underlying document (for example, a trade license) and are swept automatically. Misusing another entity's documents is fraud and results in permanent removal and, where required, reporting to authorities.
