Inspect before you pay. For vehicles, verify the mulkiya matches the seller's Emirates ID; for property, deal only with RERA-carded brokers.

Use traceable payments. Never wire money, share OTPs, or pay 'reservation deposits' to strangers. If a deal feels rushed or too good, walk away and report the listing.
