Refunds & Credits

Packages, featuring, bumps and urgent flags are digital services that start delivering immediately, so they are generally non-refundable once consumed.

We refund in full where a paid feature failed to deliver due to a platform fault, where a listing was removed by our own error, or where UAE consumer law requires it. Unused credits from a cancelled package are restored pro-rata. Contact support with the invoice number (SS-YYYY-#####).
