Listing Rules

Titles must describe the actual item; prices must be the real asking price in AED. Photos must be of the exact item — stock photos are allowed only for new, sealed products and must be marked as such.

Category-specific requirements: vehicles need year, mileage and mulkiya on request; property listings need permit numbers where the emirate requires them; jobs must include the hiring company or licensed agency.

Each edit of a live listing returns it to a quick re-review. Repeated rule-breaking reduces account quality score and listing visibility.
