Rights holders can report infringing listings through the Report button or ip@souqspot.com with proof of ownership. Verified complaints lead to removal, and repeat infringers lose their accounts.

By posting you confirm you own or are licensed to use the photos and text in your listings and you grant SouqSpot a license to display them on the platform and in its marketing of the platform.
