Business & Agency Terms

Organizations get team seats, a shared lead inbox and branch pages. The account Owner is responsible for team behaviour; role permissions limit what each seat can do.

Business packages are billed to the organization with 5% VAT invoices. Shared credits are usable by roles with billing or listing permissions. Verified business status requires a valid trade license and lapses with it.
